National Storage (NSR) announced its results for the 6 months ending 31 December 2018 on 27 February 2019. NSR is USSPSF’s partner in the Australia Prime Storage Fund, a developer and owner of prime self storage centres.

Key highlights for NSR include:

• 1H FY19 total revenue of $72.8m, up 13% on 1H FY18
• 1H FY19 underlying earnings of $26.3m, up 17% on 1H FY18
• Storage revenue up 9% on 1H FY18
