The Storage King Northlakes centre was developed for a syndicate of private investors, targeting demand for storage in the fast growing suburb of North Lakes, situated in the  growth corridor north of Brisbane. USSFM was responsible for design and construction management, project delivery, financing and ongoing asset management. The centre commenced trading in April 2020 with stabilised occupancy achieved within 12 months.
