USSFM is pleased to announce the sale of Storage King Helensvale and Storage King Coomera to Abacus Property Group.
USSFM advised on the sale on behalf of a private syndicate of investors, with investors realising a pre-tax internal rate of return in excess of 30% over the 7 year investment period.
USSFM was responsible for the site identification, development, financing and ongoing asset management of both centres up until the sale.
