NSR Kelvin Grove was the third centre developed for the Australian Prime Storage Fund. It is located approximately 3.5 kms north west of Brisbane CBD, with highly visible exposure to a major six lane, north south, arterial road – Kelvin Grove Road. USSFM was responsible for site identification, design, approvals, construction management, project delivery and ongoing asset management. The centre commenced trading inĀ  November 2018 and was sold in July 2019, realising a Project IRR of 23%.
