NSR Carrara was the first asset developed for the Australian Prime Storage Fund. The centre is approximately 8kms from central Surfers Paradise with great visibility from the M1 motorway. USSFM was responsible for the site identification, design, approvals, construction management, financing and ongoing asset management. The centre commenced trading in October 2016 and was sold in February 2018, realising a Project IRR of 20%.
