NSR Canterbury was the final asset developed for the Australian Prime Storage Fund. The site is located approximately 10 km east of Melbourne CBD, with prime frontage onto the busy Canterbury Road. The catchment area for the NSR catchment includes the inner eastern suburbs of Canterbury, Surrey Hills, Balwyn, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Burwood, Kew, and Glen Iris. USSFM was responsible for site identification, design approvals and construction management, project delivery and ongoing asset management. The centre commenced trading in October 2019 and was sold in October 2019, realising a Project IRR of 16%.
