NSR Albion was the second centre developed for the Australian Prime Storage Fund. It is located approximately 4.1 kms north east of Brisbane CBD. The market catchment area includes high socioeconomic areas of Albion, Ascot, Clayfield and areas experiencing urban renewal including Newstead, New Farm, Fortitude Valley and Albion. USSFM was responsible for site identification, design, approvals, construction management and ongoing asset management. The centre commenced trading in April 2018 and was sold in July 2019, realising a Project IRR of 17%.
