UK self storage investment fund USS2 has declared a final distribution of 4.9 pence per unit for FY19 – with total distributions per unit for FY19 up 12% on FY18. The Armadillo 2 Portfolio’s trading results increased significantly during FY19 with the inclusion of the Newcastle and Gateshead centres from April 2018. A trading update has been provided to USS2 Investors via the Investor Portal.
