UK self storage investment fund USS2 has declared a final distribution of 4.5 pence for FY18 – with total distributions per unit for FY18 up 13.5% on FY17. The Armadillo 2 Portfolio traded strongly over the year to 31 March 2018, with occupancy peaking at 82% in October 2017. A trading update has been provided to USS2 Investors via the Investor Portal.
