UK self storage investment fund USS1 has declared a final distribution of 4.6 pence for FY18 – with total distributions per unit for FY18 up 11% on FY17. The Armadillo 1 Portfolio grew strongly in FY18, with the acquisition of 4 centres increasing the self storage capacity of the portfolio by 25%. A trading update has been provided to USS1 Investors via the Investor Portal.
