UK self storage investment fund USS2 has declared its interim distribution for FY18 – up 9% on FY17 interim distribution. The Armadillo 2 Portfolio traded strongly through the UK summer with occupancy at record levels of 82% at 30/9/17. A trading update has been sent to USS2 Investors via the Investor Portal.
