USS2 has released a trading update on the performance of its investment in the UK Armadillo Self Storage portfolio. Highlights include the completion of a £600,000 expansion at the Armadillo Macclesfield centre; and a final distribution for the 2017 financial year (FY17) of 3.8 pence per unit, bringing the total distributions paid for FY17 to 7.64 pence per unit - a 7% increase on total distributions paid in FY16.
