Overview
Swift self storage businesses (SWIFT) was established in December 2021 to pursue a scaled development roll-out of automated, centrally managed, self storage centres across Australia.
USSFM is the Developer and Investment Manager of Swift Storage Trust (SST), which currently owns and operates 12 assets and has a GAV of ~$80m. SST has a funded and committed pipeline to 16 assets by the end of 2025.
