Overview

Storage King Helensvale is an award-winning facility located at Helensvale at the northern end of the Gold Coast. The site is located on the service road to the M1 motorway with high traffic visibility. It was USSFM’s first development for  a private syndicate of investors. USSFM was responsible for site identification, design, approvals, construction management, financing and ongoing asset management.  The centre commenced trading in August 2014 and achieved stabilised occupancy after 12 months.
