USS1's UK holding company Armadillo Holding No 1. plc (ASHC1) has acquired "rentaspace", a self storage centre located in the northern suburbs of Liverpool.
The storage centre has approximately 43,000 sq ft storage capacity, currently fitted out to 26,000 sq ft, with occupancy at around 75%.
The Armadillo self storage group has now expanded to 25 self storage centres, with a total potential storage capacity in excess of 1.05m sq. ft.
