On 23 February 2018 National Storage REIT released their 1H FY18 Results.
Highlights in regard to the Australia Prime Storage Fund joint venture with USSPSF include:
• The acquisition of the APSF Carrara centre by NSR for $14m, in February 2018; and
• The opening of the APSF Kelvin Grove centre in November 2017.
