UK self storage investment fund USS1 has declared its interim distribution for FY18 – up 16% on FY17 interim distribution. The Armadillo 1 Portfolio traded strongly through the UK summer with occupancy at 77% at 30/9/17. A trading update has been provided to USS1 Investors via the Investor Portal.
