On 23 May 2017, Big Yellow Group (BYG) announced its preliminary final results for the year ended 31 March 2017. BYG is a 20% investor, and manager, of the Armadillo portfolio of 19 self storage centres. Highlights of the results include a 20% increase in the independently assessed value of the Armadillo portfolio over the 12 month period.
