USS1 has released a trading update on the performance of its investment in the UK Armadillo Self Storage portfolio for the period ending 31 March 2017. Highlights include a final distribution for the 2017 financial year (FY17) of 4.3 pence per unit, bringing the total distributions paid for FY17 to 8.36 pence - a 12% increase on total distributions paid in FY16.
